I am very grateful to have earned my 500-hour Tier 2 Holden Qi Gong certification. It required learning Tao Yin, and Pearl of Consciousness. In addition, I logged 100 teaching hours and 80 hours of personal practice. The final 40 hours of in-person Advanced Teacher Training in Santa Cruz was an unbelievable experience!
