Swimming Dragon

Swimming Dragon is an excellent routine for longevity. Take a moment and watch the video for guidance.

Bend the knees. Place your hands at heart center.

Shift your weight to the left. Hands press Left and head turns right.

Bend knees, dip into the center. Repeat on the other side. Pump back and forth.

Back to center. Bend the knees. Breathe. Feel the strength developed in the legs. Swim from side to side getting that lateral spinal mobility.

The spine leads the movement. This is oiling the spinal joints. Push past constraints. Reach toward the light above. Inhale-extend overhead. Exhale-back to heart center.
