9. Pull down the heavens with Wei Qi

10. Hands over the belly, then down the left and up the right

11 Yin Yang

 

Spinal Cord Breathing

Turn to the left, then back to center, then to the right, then back to center.

Do the healing sounds to help each organ detoxify, one sound for each rotation.

Lungs - “sssss”

Kidneys - “chooo”

Liver - “shhhh”

Heart - “haaaa”

Spleen - “whooo”

Triple warmer - “heeee”
