Benefits of Qi Gong

Qi Gong has been practiced for thousands of years around the world and has enriched countless lives, including mine. It’s a great foundation for whatever you like to do. It provides energy to enjoy a longer, healthier life by increasing vitality and a sense of aliveness. Here are five benefits of practicing Qi Gong:
